We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Manager with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and export processes to oversee all quality-related audits within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles within manufacturing or export industries.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) and regulatory requirements (FDA, CE, etc.).
• Proven experience in conducting internal and external audits and managing audit processes from planning to closure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
• Knowledge of export regulations, international standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI), and supply chain management practices is desirable.
