Job Overview

We are seeking a Jr. Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Jr. Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising activities to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in the Handmade Paper & Paper Products industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in product sampling and prototype development
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Assist in business development activities and market research
• Maintain and update product catalog and inventory
• Provide support in organizing trade shows and exhibitions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
