Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related roles
• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware systems
• Experience with HR software systems is a plus
• Proficiency in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Familiarity with social media marketing and job postings
