Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Factory Compliance Audit in A L Paper House. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in factory compliance audits
• Knowledge of general compliances related to manufacturing and export
• Familiarity with certifications like FSC, CTPAT, BSCI, and Sedex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using compliance databases and software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct factory compliance audits to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards
• Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
• Review documentation related to manufacturing, export, and general compliances
• Assess and monitor environmental, social, and health & safety practices
• Manage and maintain compliance databases and records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Provide compliance training to employees as needed
