Job Overview

We are hiring a Designer to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and artwork for our paper and paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and product development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and product development
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D modeling software and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of product development processes
• Excellent illustration and artistic skills
• Knowledge of material selection for different applications
• Experience in textile design is a plus
• Ability to create prototypes and conduct product testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative designs and artwork for paper and paper products
• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and execute designs
• Utilize graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing designs
• Develop prototypes and conduct product testing
• Work closely with the material selection team to ensure appropriate choices for different products
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest design trends
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
