Job Overview

The Asst. Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of our handmade paper and paper products. They will assist the Quality Manager in implementing quality control processes and procedures, conducting quality checks on production lines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the paper industry
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Familiarity with material properties and quality testing methods

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager in implementing quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct quality checks on production lines to ensure adherence to specifications
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to identify defects and deviations from quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities
• Provide training and guidance to production team members on quality standards and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality control processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices
