- Maintenance knowledge to perform routine checks and minor repairs on CNC equipment to ensure efficient functioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate VMC and HMC machinery efficiently to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Set up tooling and load materials, ensuring all machine settings are accurately configured as per job requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and adjust machines as necessary.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with the team to coordinate tasks and improve productivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and comply with safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document operations, track production data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
