JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, full-stack development, SQL, and C#. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have strong team management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.

Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for team members.

Software Development

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications.

Ensure the development of scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Expertise

Utilize expertise in Python, full-stack development (front-end and back-end), SQL, and C# to guide development efforts.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Project Management

Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage project risks and address any issues that arise.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.

Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and testing protocols.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer and business needs.

Monitor and improve software performance, reliability, and security.

Communication and Collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team.

Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.

Represent the development team in meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Strong full-stack development skills, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET).

Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Expertise in C# and the .NET framework.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python, full-stack development, SQL, and C#.

3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven track record of delivering successful software projects.
