Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer for a senior-level position. The ideal candidate will work full-time in one of our offices located in Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, or Pune. The role involves a maximum of 10 years of work experience and requires strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform along with relevant coding and integration skills.
Salary Range
Associate Consultant – JL 4 - 4 – 5 yrs – 8 -10 L max
Consultant -Exp : 5-7 Yrs,Variable - 10%, Min - 10 LPA Max 15 LPA
Senior Consultant -Exp:7-9 years ,Variable - 15% , Max 19.39 LPA
Lead Consultant / Architect -Exp:9-12 years ,Variable - 20% , Max 29.06 LPA
Notice Period : 30 days
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in JavaScript programming with a strong understanding of advanced programming concepts and techniques.
- Experience with ServiceNow API integration to enable custom functionalities and ensure seamless data exchange.
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflow configuration to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow scripting to customize and extend platform capabilities as per organizational needs.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) module to manage IT services effectively.
- Strong skills in ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) management to maintain accurate, up-to-date information about the IT environment.
- Expertise in ServiceNow reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Implement ServiceNow workflows and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Perform regular health checks and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure maximum availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate representation of the IT infrastructure and related services.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards within ServiceNow to support data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
