WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in SAP
• Proven experience as Procurement specialist with high level of suppliers and products nature
• Used to work under pressure
• Possible re location across India, even initial location will be Chennai
• The desired candidate will have work on an industrial environment managing a large amount of Suppliers and items with different procurement nature.

   To issue PO

o   To have close coordination with Planning department against the PMP needs for material planning and prepare the purchase order.

o   Issue PO in addressed terms and conditions of Price, QTY´s, MOQs, MOD´s and LEAD TIME by the Supply Chain Manager.

o   To obtain PO acceptance and Delivery confirmation in return from each suppliers.

o   To follow deliveries which should meet the above Terms before they are meant to be.

o   To ensure the correctness of documentation before proceedings with GR process.

o   To keep supplier informed on the forecast for their internal RM planning.

o   To give notice to Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager of any plan disruption.

·        To keep inventory levels as per plan

o   To measure and set up inventory level as per Company needs taking in account imports and local procurements.

o   To keep updated the purchase order records incase of changes in actual production plan.

o   To control inventory level which must be kept as per Company needs and required Safety Stock levels.

·        To issue NC to Suppliers

o   To issue Non-Conformities to Suppliers whenever applies

o   To communicate Quality department above NCs.

·        To monitor and control through KPI suppliers’ performance by every quarter.
