Salary Budget

Qualification – BE/ B.Tech (Any)

Roles & Responsibilities:

     Operation and maintenance of Pumps, valves, cooling towers, water balancing of closed circuits, water treatment, diesel pumps, Dry type GCP BPRT and De- dusting system, Gas network.

     Maintaining the process spares and consumables.

     Knowledge of SAP Modules & QAF

     Coordination with other shift in Changes (Operation and maintenance another department) for smooth operation of the plant.

     Safety Training

     Basic knowledge of blast furnace operation, Electrical, and instrumentation.

     Knowledge of BPRT & PH equipment’s maintenance.

     Zero Accident due to Operational Fault.

     Ensure HSE, ISO, SOP, and 5’S compliance.

     SAP, Spares knowledge.

     No Breakdown due to maintenance delay.

     Manage maintenance expenses within the budget allocated.
