we are hiring for our client, a Semi conductor industry for Pan India location
TEAM SALES
LOCATION PAN INDIA
TITLE SALES DIRECTOR
EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Equipment sector.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive sales growth in the industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales, Business Development and Team Leadership with a proven track record of selling industrial equipment or automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and establish strategic partnerships.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
· Drive contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
· Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in selling Industrial Equipment or Automation solutions.
· Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
· Ability to analyse sales data and market trends for decision-making.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with global clients and multi-channel sales strategies.
· Knowledge of Industrial Automation, IoT Solutions and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.
· Strong network within the Industrial Equipment market.
