We are hiring Relationship Manager.


Working days: 5 days in a week

Industry preference: Banking/ Hospitality

End to end corporate customer relationship 

Revenue-based Target 

Min exp in Corporate Sales: 4 yrs

Salary: Up to 8 LPA


 JOB OBJECTIVE 


Responsible for ensuring good customer relations and overall client satisfaction with support from Key

Account Manager and Operations team to further increase revenue share from the existing client base and minimize Penalty-based revenue losses


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


STRATEGIC


 Ensure resolution of service delivery challenges and incident management by liaising with locations and central

operations team

 Ensure achievement of customer SLA’s and client expectations

 Ensure quality service delivery to the client while maintaining WSG profitability 

 Collaborate with pan India Operations team to achieve excellent service delivery as per defined client SLA

requirements to receive minimal penalties based revenue losses 

 Review the existing portfolio of services provided to the customers and add further high value solutions to

expand current wallet share 

 Gather and apply market intelligence to improve services offerings and delivery 

OPERATIONAL

 Ensure timely and accurate provision of reports to the clients as per the SLA

 Ensure Sales and client relations process adherence by the team via effective monitoring and support

 Escalate incidents and ensure resolution of lapses done by ops team to the Zonal Heads and

Area Managers with regard to data capture, service delivery processes etc.

 Ensure smooth execution on bank audits 


People 


 Manage key personnel's responsible for customer relationship, day to day operations and Report management

 Provide direction, motivation and training to the Key Account Managers, thus ensuring optimum performance

 Complete performance appraisal of the Key Account Managers in timely manner 

CUSTOMER 

 Attend client service review meetings for assessing performance reports, service improvements, quality and

process adherences

 Manage and maintain consistent good relations with client side (Bank/MSP/Retail) Relationship Managers

 Clients – Relationship Managers of Banks, Retails, MSPs

INTERNAL

 Operations – Zonal Heads and Area Managers

 Central Ops team

 Planning and Analytics


QUALIFICATION


Graduate or Masters in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
