Job Summary – JG4 (Senior Consultant/Manager) – Power Platform with D365:

 Power Apps Technical expert with experience in IT industry, as well as proven skills in technical

consulting. Be able to show skills across advising, scoping, designing and defining projects which

are either complex or broad in scope.

 This is a wide-ranging role where you’ll be able to flex your technical and professional skills, as

you confidently oversee Shell’s computing strategy for end user productivity and help us lead on

standards for cloud consumption

 Develop Power Apps solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Common Data

Service (CDS), Power Apps and Dynamics 365 CE

 Experience in developing new Power Apps model-driven and canvas apps as well as enhancing

existing apps

 Strong development knowledge on Microsoft stack especially C#, ASP.NET, Azure and Office

365.

 Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate

Detailed job description:

The Integration Technical Consultant Analyst is responsible to work with business solution architects and

project team to execute integration project activities on Shell projects. The incumbent will establish

close working relationships with Technical Leads, Architects, business IT, third parties and external

delivery partners to successfully deliver enterprise integration technical projects in Shell.

Accountabilities:

 As a Power Apps Developer, you are able to design, test and deploy Power Apps (Canvas, Model-

Driven, Portal)

 Identify potential improvements to the design & process according to agreed

designs/requirements for canvas/model driven apps specially for integrated use case of Power

Apps and Dynamics 365 CE.

 You should thrive for Performance optimization and continuous improvement opportunities on

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps from a Platform point of view

 Collaborate strongly with Architects in developing the solution design, by applying the

Enterprise service architectural principles, collaborate with Business Analysis function in various

LOB and COB in identifying and preventing risks from the requirements gathering phase and all

through the lifecycle of the service/Solution.

 You should have experience working with key users in a fast paced and changing business

environment to design and develop canvas/MDA that meets business need within the

enterprise service design, experience of the full development lifecycle of complex large scale

and multi-user applications and the production of the relevant technical documentation, such as

Platform designs, application development and designs review guidelines/SOP documentation

for the support team

Experience & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Extensive API design and development expertise in recent career.

6-10 years of total experience and at least 2 years of experience as team lead in developing solutions

on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS), Power Apps, and

Dynamics 365 CE.

 Be comfortable discussing and executing all aspects and features of Azure and Office365.

 Assist with scoping and architecting project engagements.

 Create documentation for projects including design, asset inventory, diagrams, and

presentations as well as documentation of the environment and deployment for our support

and future implementations teams.

 Strong knowledge on C# & ASP.NET, JavaScript & web development

 Ability to write maintainable & testable code

 Ability to create & consume web services

 Experience with SQL Server / SSIS / SSRS

 Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK and development of plug-ins, custom

workflows, and web resources

 Experience in developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing

existing apps

 Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods

 Customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps

 Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate

 Installing and configuring data gateways

 Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services

 Experience with API or rest services integrations

 Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources

 Developing Azure logic apps Developing Azure functions Providing Power BI development and

support

 Highly conversant in English, spoken and written, with proven communication, interpersonal,

influencing and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and different

time zones in a global, virtual environment and rotational shifts
