  • Proven time management skills, ensuring timely completion of administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, for completing daily tasks.
  • Customer service experience to handle inquiries and client interactions smoothly.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Experience with Tally for accurate and efficient accounting and financial management.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring the procurement and inventory of necessary materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable using Tally software.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
