Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure their optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair and replacement parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing and repairs.
