Hi,

We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer for our client located in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow Development:

● Design and implement the end-to-end data annotation workflow,

integrating tools like Labelbox and AWS services.

● Automate the ingestion, preprocessing, annotation, and delivery of

datasets.

2. Annotation Platform Integration:

● Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Hugging Face) via APIs

and SDKs.

● Customize workflows for specific industries such as healthcare and

agriculture.

3. Quality Assurance Pipelines:

● Build quality control systems, including automated checks and

human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes, to ensure data annotation accuracy.

4. Scalable Infrastructure:

● Develop scalable systems for managing large volumes of data using AWS,

Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

● Optimize the data pipeline for cost efficiency and performance.

5. Machine Learning Model Support:

● Collaborate on ML model fine-tuning by preparing annotated datasets and

generating synthetic data where needed.

6. Team Collaboration:

● Work closely with the founder and future team members to align technical

efforts with business objectives.

● Provide technical guidance for scalable team growth.

Qualifications

1. Education:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,

Machine Learning, or related field.

2. Experience:

● 2-5 years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.

● Proven experience in building end-to-end machine learning or data

pipelines.

3. Technical Skills:

● Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity

with Java or C++ is a plus.

● Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for

deploying scalable pipelines.

● Annotation Tools: experience with platforms like Labelbox, SuperAnnotate,

or similar.

● ML Frameworks: Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

● Database Management: Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and managing

structured/unstructured data.

● API Integration: Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.

4. Soft Skills:

● Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical

stakeholders.

● A proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new tools and

challenges.
