Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the merchandising process for jewellery collections from concept to

production.

- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product offerings

and timelines.

- Analyse market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development and pricing

strategies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure quality materials

and negotiate pricing.

- Create and manage product assortments, ensuring they meet market demands and sales

targets.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales team to optimize stock levels and

reduce excess inventory.

- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and inventory analysis.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.

- Proven experience in merchandising within the jewellery industry.

- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
