We are hiring for our Client, MNC company for Value Industry in Sriperumbudur location.


Job Description:


 Roles & Responsibilities : 


• Responsible for carrying out sizing and selection for valves. (Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Knife Gate Valves).

• Selection of Accessories for valves. (Pneumatic, Electric).

• Providing on time technical and Commercial quotation to Customers through designated CRM tool. • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly and monthly commitments for on time quotations.

• Providing suitable product for the given application. Optimization of the product.

• Providing Cost Estimation for Projects and MRO Quotes.

• Handling customer queries on products, participating in TQ meetings.

• Support Sales personnel in technical discussion with customers.

• Work with respective vendors for the accessories and other Valve components.

• Processing Sale orders in ERP, conducting Contract review meeting and handing off the sale order to Operations team.

• Meeting RFQ(Request for quotation) and Order processing Lead time and metrics.

• Manage change orders to reflect impact on price & delivery.

• Being a crossbridge among various functional departments in factory to successfully execute the order.

• Support the outside sales to meet their annual targets.

• Follow up functional departments to meet the customer committed delivery dates.

• Co-ordinating with Shipping team for Shipment related activities


 Skills & Knowledge Required / Educational Qualification :


• Engineering (Instrumentation/Mechanical/Production) Degree with 3- 8 years experience in preferably within the process industry/Valve industry.

• Background of valve industry experience with process application knowledge.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Familiar with basic business software applications. Microsoft / Excel /Power Bi / ERP(Enterprise Resource planning).

• Good knowledge of Incoterms (Commercial terms and conditions).

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Strong Team member.

• Strong technical skills and aptitude. Comfortable in leading technical discussion.

• Proactive approach and customer focus. Skilled in problem solving.

• Learning agility. Keen to learn new products and technologies.


Work Location :


 • Flexible to travel & relocate.

• Work Location will be Chennai.
