Hi,
We are hiring HR Manager (Female) for our client in Chennai.
Client Business: Global Premier Business & Financial Advisors
Exp : 10 to 15 years
Budget- 25 LPA
Notice Period - 45 days Max
Chennai candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management:
o Serve as an advisory to the company, providing expert HR guidance and innovative solutions that align with business goals.
o Perform gap assessments and implement innovative HR processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
o Act as the custodian for management on HR matters, ensuring policies and practices are effectively communicated and adhered to.
o Lead career progression and succession planning initiatives to support the company’s growth and employee development.
o Provide strategic insights into core HR functions that will positively impact hiring the right talent, retention, and career progression.
2. Recruitment:
o Develop job profiles for each recruitment need using the "A" Method.
o Source relevant profiles, conduct interviews, and negotiate packages in alignment with budget constraints.
o Build and maintain a network of external trainers to provide training on culture, soft skills, and other relevant topics.
3. On-boarding & Training:
o Oversee the on-boarding and integration of new recruits.
o Plan, schedule, and conduct relevant training sessions for teams based on identified needs.
4. Documentation:
o Ensure proper documentation of candidate lists, interview assessments, and exit interviews.
o Prepare and maintain various formats of offer letters, HR policies, performance improvement programs, and relieving letters.
o Maintain all records of requisite documents for all team members using ZOHO People.
5. Compliance:
o Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in coordination with the admin and finance teams.
o Regularly update and communicate compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders.
6. Management Information Systems (MIS):
o Create and manage a system for capturing key data metrics based on management needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Payroll and Other Activities:
o Establish and monitor processes for salary, health insurance schemes, loan policies, and coordinate with partners and the finance team.
8. Documenting and Managing SOP:
o Develop and maintain SOPs for all HR activities, ensuring systems are in place for process monitoring and exception reporting.
9. Supervision:
o Ensure HR policies are implemented without deviation.
o Supervise HR Global, Admin, and Housekeeping functions to ensure compliance with their roles and responsibilities.
10. Performance Review:
o Prepare and maintain periodic performance reviews and provide feedback in a timely manner.
11. Counseling and Troubleshooting:
o Ensure employee morale, safety, and security are maintained at all times.
o Provide counseling and address complaints under POSH
12. Conducting and Coordinating Events and Celebrations:
o Plan and execute events and celebrations as per company policy, ensuring
coordination and budget adherence.
13. Innovation and Process Improvement:
o Drive HR innovation by introducing new processes and best practices.
o Independently manage HR functions, minimizing management interference in routine matters.
o Be a value addition to the company by creating value through innovative HR practices and solutions.
o Guide and support the company through a 2x-3x manpower growth, demonstrating agility to the growing needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ZOHO People or similar HRIS is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive network of external trainers and HR professionals.
• Demonstrated experience in career progression and succession planning.
• Dynamic and agile to meet the growing needs of the organization.
• Strategic insight into HR functions that positively impact talent acquisition, retention, and
career progression.
• Ambitious to grow with the company, which is planning for an IPO in three years.
