JOB PROFILE

Finance / Accounts Executive


Support day to day accounting, monthly & year end closing activities. Coordinating with the internal departments for smooth operations and support to Audits.

Manager Finance and Accounts



GENERAL DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES, FUNCTIONS AND TASKS (What the employee does, why, how, where, results, obligations, etc.)

Responsibilities for Finance / Accounts Executive

  • Support monthly & year end closing activities
  • Follow-up GRN, Purchase & Service bills etc., All invoices accounting
  • Landing cost & related invoices accounting
  • Posting Journal entries
  • Bank Entries Posting daily basis & Reconciliation
  • Employee reimbursement expenses accounting
  • Tracking advances (Vendor, Employees, customs duty, etc.,)
  • Periodical Reconciliation of vendor and customer
  • Record keeping- All Documents & Agreements
  • Periodical balance confirmation-Vendors and Customers
  • Domestic payment list preparation
  • Export and Import Payment documents
  • Checking of Gate inward and outward entries
  • Petty Cash handling
  • Support to banking documentation
  • Support to Audit Activities
  • SAP Software


GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Skills, competences, expertise, etc.)

  • 3-6 years of experience in accounts and finance field within a manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility in communication requirements (i.e., must be able to communicate with people effectively and professionally from any position in the organization.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must possess enthusiasm and initiative, must be able to prioritize and should be well-organized.


ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS (Academic degrees, languages, other informal knowledge, etc.)

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA.
  • Experience in accounting, strong knowledge in accounting, TDS and GST.
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • English is a must
