We are seeking a HR Executive to join our team in HR Executive (Chitradurga Karnataka)on a full-time basis.

We are hiring for a 3000cr manufacturing company.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, focusing on recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to build and maintain effective employee relations
• Experience in on boarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and practices
• Proficiency in training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations in HR practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture
• Facilitate employee on-boarding processes, including orientation and training sessions
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity
• Provide support in managing employee relations and addressing any concerns or grievances
• Assist in the development and execution of performance management processes
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices
