Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan.
Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
Continuously review existing training materials and produce new ones according to the current
situation.
Develops training and development programs and objectives.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Lead a team & monitor training effectiveness (ROI).
Report on training activities & outcomes.
Education and Experience
MBA / MSW with 10 - 15 years of experience in Training & Development.
Minimum 4 years in leading the team role.
Manufacturing Industry exposure preferred.
Working Conditions Details:
Days of work 6 days of work weekly.
Travel requirements As and when required.
