About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Have experience in designing products that involve Thermal analysis - Heat transfer of heat sink and fin design and Vibrational analysis for PCB enclosures
• Part of the Core Design Team to understand Design requirements, translate into an Analysis problem and optimize the Design Solution
• Have experience in working with Transient and multi-phase analysis levels
• Generate thermal report & mechanical pack reports for customer reference
• Have experience in working with internal and external flow regions and should have proven experience in providing solutions for components design using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)
• Knowledge of various theology parameters Newtonian, Pseudo plastic, Yield Stress fluids
• Optimizing the design using FEA Result
• Perform Meshing and Finite Element Modeling
• Understand the difference between steady-state, Multiple Reference Frame and Transient models and their best use cases
• Should have experience in calculations involved in Thermal & Finite Element Analysis(FEA)
• Should have experience in Thermal, Fatigue and Vibration analysis
• Working knowledge in PCB package level simulations(Thermal, war-page)
