Job Description:

• Experience with business process modelling, workflow analysis, and use case development.

• Work as a liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the company’s services and improve flydubai’s efficiency.

• Minimum 3yrs Airline domain experience is must, any certifications like product owner and experience in agile methodology.

Skills required:

Business Analysis - Airline domain, Analytical skills, good communication, problem solving and critical thinking, attention to details, airline domain knowledge, good understanding of technicalities like web UI/UX and APIs
