The role involves working with hand tools, quality inspection, and using electronic testing equipment to ensure high standards of quality and precision.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in mechanical blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings for effective assembly processes. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in valve assembly techniques for constructing and testing fluid control devices efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated ability to use hand tools with precision for assembling components accurately and safely.
  • Competence in conducting quality inspections to maintain high standards of production and operational efficiency.
  • Strong skills in wire harness assembly for connecting and securing cables within electronic systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic testing equipment for ensuring the functionality and safety of assembled products.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively within a team, understanding instructions and feedback clearly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset for meticulous assembly work, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly tasks based on mechanical blueprints and work instructions, integrating components accurately.
  • Utilize valve assembly techniques to build, calibrate, and test fluid control mechanisms to meet performance standards.
  • Inspect and test the quality of assembled products, identifying and correcting defects during the assembly process.
  • Assemble wire harnesses by routing and securing cables in electronic devices as per schematics.
  • Operate electronic testing equipment to validate the functionality of electronic assemblies and systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly challenges and improve work processes.
  • Document assembly tasks and report anomalies or deficiencies for continuous product and process improvement.
