Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Arkieva Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This executive-level position is based in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years to a maximum of 12 years of work experience in relevant fields. As an Arkieva Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in various areas of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of a minimum of to a maximum of 9 to 12 years in relevant fields.
• Extensive experience in supply chain planning (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in inventory optimization (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in demand forecasting (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in production scheduling is required.
• Solid data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and drive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with software configuration to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Adept at customer training to ensure users are proficient with software solutions.
• Strong project management skills to manage and execute various client projects effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.
• Support clients in software configuration to meet their unique business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to drive insights and optimize client supply chain processes.
• Train customers to use Arkieva software effectively, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
• Manage and execute projects within the specified time frames and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address specific business requirements.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through exceptional service.
