  • Expertise in managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Experience with accounts receivable, proficient in balancing financial mechanisms related to income and cash flow.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Excel, used for data analysis, financial projections, and effective spreadsheet management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, utilizing Tally software for bookkeeping, data entry, and financial documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, presenting findings to management to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage the accounts payable process, verifying invoices and processing payments to vendors promptly and accurately.
  • Handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and collection of funds to maintain the company's cash flow health.
  • Reconcile bank statements, monitoring discrepancies and implementing solutions to ensure financial records align with bank data.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, contributing to the company's financial planning activities.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured and reported.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed to provide documentation and clarify information during audits.
