We are looking for an experienced Signage Production Supervisor cum site in charge to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process   employees and organizing workflows.

In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Responsibilities:-

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employee.

Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Overseeing and coaching employee‚· Check production output according to specifications‚·

Analyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost- benefit analysis of product enhancements.

Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards.

 Calculate complete cost & estimate of a job.  Handling all Indoor & Outdoor jobs

 Attending Client’s Meeting regarding all the jobs

Installation site visits, taking final measurement for new signage.

Having responsibility from signage production to site installation.

Supervising the installation in site: Cladding, 3D signage, Acrylic cut, Letters, digital printed graphics, one way vision sticker, Cut Vinyl, Flex Signage.
