Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Manage Daily Dispatch of Ecommerce orders to the customers
2. Supervise Packing Staff to correct packing and printing Ecommerce labels.
3. Manage Returns and Entries into the system.
4. Maintain the Daily Stock.
5. Follow up with the customers for their orders.
Track orders in transit and resolve any shipping issues, including delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipments.
