Your Tasks

• You are responsible for continuously improving collaboration, communication and transparency within and between your teams and others.
• You support the teams in achieving their sprint goals.
• You identify team dynamics and blockages, make them transparent and solve them together with the team.
• You continuously develop the agile approach in the teams and actively shape the processes in the release train. 
• You coach the development teams with regard to agile methods and conduct team-internal trainings.
• You accompany and moderate team and Scrum events as well as CoPs.

Your Profile

• You have a university degree in Computer Science (or similar)
• You have an extensive agile methodology suitcase and can look back on several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (m/f/d).
• You are an excellent communicator (m/f/d) with high empathy skills and can motivate others.
• You recognize potential conflicts at an early stage and take the initiative to resolve them sustainably or, if possible, prevent them. 
• You are enthusiastic about agility, change management and team development.
