Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize customer requirements
• Define product features to be developed in close coordination with stakeholders and development teams 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives
• Gather and analyze user feedback and insights to continuously improve the product
• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Monitor and measure the success of product features by defining and tracking key metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile product development
