Job Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring best practices throughout 

the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

* Responsible for Architecture, development and testing to maintain scalable web 

applications by handling both front-end and back-end components

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical 

solutions, and deliver high-quality reliable web applications.

* Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, using effective coding 

practices and tools.

* Create and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different 

services and systems.

* Identify and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, including UI, server, 

and database layers.

* Ensure robust security measures are implemented across the application, focusing 

on data protection and compliance.

* Write and maintain unit and integration tests to validate functionality and reliability.

* Manage deployments, including setting up CI/CD pipelines for efficient release 

cycles.

* Provide clear status updates and escalate issues promptly to ensure project timelines 

are met.

* Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, maintaining a 

consistent delivery process.

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 7-10 years of professional experience in software development. • Extensive experience in designing, building, and testing REST APIs in .NET applications (ASP.NET Core , MVC, Web API, WPF, Entity Framework etc.) • Solid experience in database design (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL). • Proficiency in security standards for .NET applications • Proficiency in frontend frameworks like ReactJS or similar. • Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, API design, cloud-native development. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack. • Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
