Mandatory Skills

-5+ years experience on public cloud such as AWS (preferred), Azure or GCP.

-Design, implement, and maintain the data pipeline infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS Preferably)

-Big Data fundamentals – Big data knowledge, managing big data infrastructure, managing and monitoring data pipelines.

-Solid programming skills in Python and Shell scripting.

-Working experience with data platforms like any of EMR, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Hadoop, Databricks

-Experience with relational & non-relational databases and it’s management

-Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible or Cloud Formation and Jenkins

-IAM & networking security

-Experience with performance diagnostics, debugging and performance tuning.

-Familiarity with container software & platforms like Kubernetes, ECS etc.

-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
