Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, on boarding clients, and fostering B2B relationships in the healthcare sector (Hospitals, Colleges, Diagnostic Centers). This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Use social media platforms, research, and databases to generate leads within the healthcare sector.
- Identify potential clients (Hospitals, Colleges, and Diagnostic Centers) and initiate contact.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build and strengthen relationships.
Conversion and Agreement Signing:
- Convert leads into active clients by understanding their requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and finalize agreements mutually.
Collaboration and Requirement Sharing:
- Liaise with internal management to share client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Facilitate collaborative efforts to meet client expectations and foster fruitful partnerships.
Contractual Obligations:
- Candidates will be hired on a 1-year contract basis. They are expected to complete the contract term; premature termination may affect contractual benefits.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve monthly sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales within the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
