Role Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. They play a key role in acquiring projects through various platforms and ensuring revenue generation for the company.

💡Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead generation & client acquisition via Upwork & other bidding portals

✅ Write compelling proposals & submit bids to secure projects

✅ Communicate effectively with international clients

✅ Identify new business opportunities & drive growth

✅ Maintain and track client interactions

🔹Mandatory Skills:

✔️ Upwork bidding experience (Mandatory)

✔️ Strong English communication (written & verbal)

✔️ 1+ year of BDE experience in the IT industry

✔️ Proposal writing knowledge for IT services

🔹 Experience with Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.

🔹 Basic knowledge of IT services & digital solutions
