Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry and be ready to work six days a week.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.).
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an active database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work six days a week.
