Job Title:  ServiceNow Senior Developer

Qualification – B.Tech. / MCA ** only

Experience Range: 5-8 Years **

Notice period – Immediate to 15 days only.

** Mandate Skill sets : CSM is mandate to have as working exp and we do not want this to be added in resume, the person should have working experience into same.

Base Location: Noida and its Return Office – All 5 days working from Office( Candidate should be ok for same)

• Mandate Skill set to have - CSM Implementation** Mandate to have ( 2- 3 yrs working min exp)

Duration – Staff Aug (3-6 months and can be extended or converted to permanent based on business requirement.)

Role Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer designation who will perform below tasks:

·         Assists System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed

·         Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services

·         Assists Business Process Analyst in estimating release level of effort

·         Review any requests for enhanced feature functionality and prioritize accordingly

·         Work with ServiceNow platform administrators to ensure latest upgrades and features are enabled

·         Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion

·         Work with ServiceNow and the community for problem solving

Job description: ( Must have mandate skills are in asterisk)

·         Minimum 3 years ServiceNow hands on Implementation experience **

·         Advanced System Administration.

·         Scripting.

·         Strong requirements gathering experience.

·         ServiceNow Platform Implementation.

·         ServiceNow ITSM and CSM Implementation** Mandate to have ( 2 yrs min exp) – CSM is Mandate to have.

·         Experience in integrate 3rd party tools using REST/SOAP**

·         Custom Application Creation in ServiceNow.

·         Experience on ServiceNow Upgrade

·         Experience on LDAP and other basic integration**
