Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in Kronos with techno-functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance modules, and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Engage in detailed client interactions to gather functional and technical requirements and provide solutions from a domain and product perspective.
• Strong functional expertise in designing Workforce Management solutions for clients.
• Technical competency in mapping retail business scenarios to Kronos configuration elements.
• Strong integration knowledge using tools like Kronos WIM and languages like SQL.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience working in an Agile environment – ability to prioritize incidents and provide regular status updates.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to enable effort scoping.
• Act as a point of contact for client interaction and coordination with stakeholders.
• Create knowledge artifacts and training documentation.
• Practical experience or exposure to Workforce Dimensions is a plus.
• Preferred experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
