Position: Customer Support Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, align them with suitable courses and instructors
  • Facilitate teacher interaction and coordination, ensuring a seamless learning experience
  • Assist customers through the registration process, ensuring a smooth booking experience
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and facilitate renewals

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and email
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, collaborate with the management team, and successfully close bookings
  • Prior experience in online education, especially in creative and performing arts is a valuable asset
