We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. 4. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.

• Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, to identify and target potential clients.

• Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients.

• Conduct sales forecasting to set achievable targets and goals.

• Consistently outperform sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their investment horizons and preferences.

• Provide comprehensive information about our Chit Fund offerings and their benefits to potential clients.

• Collaborate with the team to create tailored investment solutions for clients.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed investment advice.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.

• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.

5. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable.

• Proven track record of 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sales.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages
