a) Lead and managed the in-house Talent Acquisition team.
b) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
c) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and devise suitable hiring
plans.
d) Utilize a dynamic approach in attracting, assessing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
e) Foster relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and networks within the Real
Estate or related industries.
f) Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
g) Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to enhance the recruitment
process.
h) Establish and maintain metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the
Talent Acquisition function.
i) Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
