HR Generalist ( 70% Operation & 30% Recruitment )

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 1 to 3 years



Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating interviews with senior team members, and managing communication with candidates.
• Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
• Handle HR administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and assist in policy adherence.
• Grievance and queries handling in terms of payroll, HRIS, benefits etc.
• Employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good experience in HRMS Software
• Have good understanding knowledge in Labour law.
