Job Description:
Handling and managing accounts of e-commerce market places. Increase visibility and engagement through selling on e-commerce market and running promotions and ads. Maintain and organize information required in defined format and structure. Track & Record Delivery Status & Order Payments, Returns and Damaged products. Responsible for new e-business partners and retaining the existing business partners.
Preferable:
Should have experience of working for Top Brand as Key Account Executive / Ecommerce Key Account Executive
Skill Set:
- Knowledge about compliance and registration requirements for major E- Commerce platforms.
- Addition and Listing of new products.
- Process to address complaints/concerns/Discrepancies/Listing. issues/Shipment Issues/ Receipt Deficiency etc on all active market places.
- Trend analysis on trending product categories and products.
- Day to day order management, tracking and customer care follow up.
- Complete Knowledge of FBA, FBM and MCF.
- Identify new ASIN/SKUs.
- Report Generation.
Qualifications
● Graduate in any stream.
Soft Skills
● Research oriented and analytical mindset.
● Very good communication skills in written and spoken English.
● Good proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
● Ability to multitask and follow defined processes.
