We, at Aliens, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic MIS Executive/ associate with 3- 6 years of relevant work experience .The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment. S/he would be based out of Hyderabad and would report to the respective Department Head.

Roles and Responsibilities:                                         

·        Develop and maintain reports using Excel and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

·        Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

·        Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

·        Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

·        Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

·        Design and develop Power BI dashboards for data visualization, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MIS, Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.

·        Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics.

Candidate Profile:

·        Bachelor's / Master’s degree

·        Male candidates are preferred.

·        Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.

·        Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
