Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
