We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Graphic Designer Manager to join our team in Malad. This full-time, senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will bring an expert touch in graphic design and a creative vision to lead and inspire our team.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating strong artistic and technical abilities.
• Proficient in Graphic Design (Mandatory skill).
• Proven track record in team management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives.
• Expertise in creative direction, including the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
• Strong project management skills to effectively oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional visual communication skills to convey ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in brand development, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and best practices.
