Civil Interior Design Site Engineer

Strong background in civil engineering and interior design, with the ability to manage the construction process from start to finish.

The Civil Interior Design Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed according to the drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Responsibilities:

Ø Ensure that all construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the design drawings, specifications, and building codes

Ø Coordinate with the project manager and the design team to develop and implement construction schedules and work plans

Ø Review and approve shop drawings, product submittals, and other construction documents

Ø Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site

Ø Conduct site inspections and maintain a daily log of all construction activities and progress

Ø Ensure that all workers on the site are following safety regulations and using the proper equipment and protective gear

Ø Monitor and document the quality of the work performed by the contractors and subcontractors

Ø Coordinate with external consultants such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure that the construction work is technically feasible and constructible

Ø Identify and resolve any construction issues or problems that arise during the project

Ø Prepare progress reports and other project documentation and present them to the project manager and the design team as needed

Ø Manage project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to the client
