JD/Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for project implementation.

1. Project Execution and Coordination:

• Manage project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project activities, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations.

1. Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates, considering resource requirements, materials, and services.
• Monitor project expenses, track budget utilization, and implement cost control measures.
• Review and approve project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and expectations.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or upselling to clients and collaborate with the sales team.

1. Project Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
• Generate regular progress reports, highlighting key accomplishments, issues, and recommended actions.
• Prepare project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the office interior design or commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across Pan India as per project requirements.
