The Senior Interior Design Architect will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design process, from concept to construction, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Ø Lead the design team in creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the client's requirements and budget

Ø Develop design concepts, sketches, and drawings using AutoCAD and other design software

Ø Coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design is technically feasible and constructible

Ø Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and assess design feasibility

Ø Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and materials, and incorporate them into the design process

Ø Review and approve shop drawings, product submittals, and other construction documents

Ø Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for design projects

Ø Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the design process and outcome

Ø Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members

Ø Collaborate with external consultants such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure the design's technical feasibility and constructability.
